Moms, Pops & Tots (MPT)
Age: 1 - 3
This program is a wonderful introduction for the naturally inquisitive child. Children in this program will explore lots of different movement patterns and this will create a foundation for a lifetime of physical activity. The little ones will have the opportunity to use all of our equipment including our 60' long tumbl-trak as well as our special kid-sized apparatus, while they play with others their age. Parents take an active role and act as a liaison between the coach and child.
Gym-Mini Crickets (GMC) Age: 3 - 4
Children will work more independently now without Mom or Dad. Gross motor skill development is the focus in this fun-filled environment. They participants will learn all of the basic gymnastic positions and how to do them on various pieces of equipment throughout the gym.
Kindergym (KGM)
Age: 5 - 6 years
Kids will now be introduced to the Can-Gym
Achievement System. They'll expand on basic body positions and certain
skills such as handstands and cartwheels will be emphasized. They will
also start to develop more strength and flexibility and use other apparatus
more extensively.
Girl's & Boy's Rec Programs (REC)
Age: 7+
These progressive classes are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Participants
will learn the basics of gymnastics and expand on those skills based
on their unique abilities. During each session every boy and girl will
have access to all of the traditional Olympic equipment, as well as
the trampolines and tumbl-trak. The Can-Gym
Achievement System (developed by Gymnastics
Canada) will ensure your child learns at his/her own pace.
Girl's Rec Team (REC)
Age: 8+
This program is available to girls who have completed level 6 of
the Can-Gym
Achievement System and would like to do more advanced tumbling,
skill combinations and even routines. Participants will attend one
out-of-town invitational meet during the year, given that they are
physically prepared for the competition. * Please note, there must
be a minimum of 4 interested people for this program to run.
Trampoline Only (TRAMP)
For kids aged 7 and up who just love the trampoline. Participants
will progress from learning all of the basic jumps and drops to
more advanced skills and combinations. "Flipping" will be taught
safely using proper progression methods whenever the participant
is mentally and physically ready to do so. Bigger skills and combinations
as well as an emphasis on good technique will be the goals of this
exciting program. Athletes who excel in this program may wish to
consider one of our competitive trampoline programs.
Teens & Adult Drop-In
Wouldn't you love to get out there and tumble around or jump into
the 'pit'? Maybe you're tired of watching your little one have all
the fun and would like the chance to jump on that trampoline? Well
you can play too! Call today and re-discover just how much fun being
a 'big kid' at gymnastics can be! These programs are run on a drop-in
basis, the fee is $8.00 per person and limited to athletes age 16+.

All sessions are pro-rated Do you want to register your child but the session
has already started? Not a problem all of our prices are pro-rated. Your child will
begin their class the week you register them.
All athletes begin gymnastics learning the basics and because all athletes progress at various
skill levels the lessons are planned accordingly. If your child begins half way through the session
that is not a problem, when they begin they will start with the basics if they have never been here
before. If the child is a returning athlete then they will continue from where they left off.
