Payment Policy
Payment is required upon registration.
We require full payment at time of registration.
Alternate payment plans can be arranged at the discretion of the Manager
We accept cash, cheque, debit, Visa and Mastercard
Refund Policy
Full refund will be granted if cancelled before the second class. Pro-rated refund will be granted if cancelled before the second half of the session.
No refunds available after the half way point of the session
Exceptions will be made in the event of medical circumstances
Gymnastics Ontario Insurance Policy
All athletes registered in an Apollo Gymnastics program must pay a $27 insurance fee that allows us to register them in the Gymnastics Ontario Insurance Program.
For Campers, the Gymnastics Ontario Insurance Fee is for athletes attending more than 4 days of camp.
