Class Descriptions

Moms, Pops & Tots Ages 3 and under  *with parent

We will introduce your child to rolls, handstand progressions, teach shape jumps and safe landings, work balance and co-ordination. Get to know the gym equipment, learn to follow an instructor and engage with other children! Best suited for toddlers ages 1-3 year old.

Gym Mini Cricket Age 3-4 
*age 3 if your child is comfortable in the class without a parent and is able to work independently

A class that will work on your little athletes rolls, handstand positions and cartwheel progressions as well as swings and supports, shape jumps and safe landings, balance and trampoline work.

Kinder Gym Ages 5 and 6

Your child will learn handstands, cartwheels, front and back rolls, progressions to chin up pull overs, supports, hangs and swings on bars, and much more! Introduction to back bends and a range of trampoline drops with an emphasis on building solid foundation skills!  


Boys Youth Ages 7 and up

This class will focus on the core skills of youth gymnastics such as cartwheels, handstands, swings and supports, safe landings and trampoline work.  Flipping taught slowly and safely as well as the fundamentals of the Men's apparatus.

*Advanced 2 hour class also available for Boys Youth gymnasts. All of the same fun skills in a longer class, with the ability to work on more advanced skills.

Girls Youth Ages 7 and up

Focusing on handstands, cartwheels, swings and supports, trampoline work, safe landings as well as introduction to leaps, jumps and turns on balance beam. When ready we will introduce round-offs, back bends and progressions to back hip circles! Students will move through levels 1-6 at their own pace.

2 Hour Advanced Ages 6 and up 
The ideal class for gymnasts who have achieved their foundation skills in Kinder-Gym or Girls Youth classes and are interested in a more challenging class.  Walkovers and back hip circles, handstands on beam and much more!  The additional hour allows more time for the preparation drills that more advanced gymnastics skills require, this is a great bridge between our recreational and competitive programs! There is a skill prerequisite for this class of a cartwheel.

Specialty classes for dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts who just love to flip! We have tumbling classes for a range of levels to teach walkovers, handsprings and aerial skills.

Pre-Competitive Gymnastics

This program is designed to help young athletes develop their physical strength, flexibility, tenacity and discipline all while building their foundation skills in gymnastics!

PreComp 1 Ages 5-9 - Mon & Fri 4:00pm-5:30pm 

*cartwheel & handstand required

PreComp 2  Ages 8 + - Mon & Fri 5:45-7:45pm

*back walkover & spotted chin up pullover required


*Exceptions can be made, please email and we are happy to help you choose the best class for your child.
